01 — The work

What was built

Between 2025 and 2026, VertexElite designed and delivered the software that powers three commercial brands: Crittiks (an AI-assisted repair-shop operating system), EarthyTabs / EarthyPlatform (a five-portal commerce and distribution suite) and the public 6silo.com web presence.

This was not a template job. It was custom full-stack engineering: multi-tenant data models, role-based access control, billing, inventory, AI integration layers, deployment pipelines and self-hosted production infrastructure — built, tested and handed over running.

The handover evidence is cryptographically sealed: two evidence bundles were timestamped by a trusted RFC-3161 authority on 8 July 2026 — 16:44:25 GMT (Crittiks) and 22:15:44 GMT (EarthyTabs) — days before any dispute began, and each carries a SHA-256 manifest of every file inside.

02 — His own words

What the client said, in writing

No characterisation needed — these are the client’s own public post and private emails, quoted verbatim from sealed exhibits.

07 — FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What is the dispute about?

VertexElite built the production software behind 6SILO, Crittiks and EarthyTabs over roughly ten months. Since April 2026 the work has not been paid: Rs 4,272,623 is outstanding, and invoice INV-2026-00015 for AUD 84,000 against SILO GROUP PTY LTD (ACN 154 054 172) remains unpaid. The dispute is before the Victorian Small Business Commission, case CS0046117.

How is authorship proven?

RFC-3161 trusted-timestamped evidence bundles (sealed 8 July 2026), SHA-256-hashed source trees, 69 HMAC-SHA256-signed webhook deliveries accepted in production, Cloudflare Origin CA keys retained from the build, and the client’s own public launch post naming the developer.

What is a creditor’s statutory demand?

A formal demand under s459E of the Corporations Act 2001. If the company does not pay, secure or compound the debt within 21 days of service, it is taken to fail to comply (s459F) and is presumed insolvent (s459C(2)(a)) — the basis for a winding-up application (s459P). A standard, lawful instrument used by trade creditors in Australia.

Why publish registry records?

All ABN/ACN identifiers on this page come from public Australian government registries (ASIC / ABR) and are reproduced as public-record facts for verification by journalists, investors and counterparties.
